Our team has a leadership team that guide their day to day work and looks at the longer term things we need to do to help support health and wellbeing in the neighbourhood.

The team are based at Harpurhey Health Centre, 1 Church Lane, Harpurhey, M9 4BE where our community health and social care team for the neighbourhood have their hub.
