Step Up MCR Newspapers: Supporting Grassroots Ideas in Ancoats, Beswick, Clayton and Openshaw

Our integrated neighbourhood team brings together community health and social care staff so they work together around your needs. Our team has a leadership team that guide their day to day work and looks at the longer term things we need to do to help support health and wellbeing in the neighbourhood.

The team are based at Cornerstones Centre, Graham Street M11 3AA where our community health and social care team for the neighbourhood have their hub.
