We are the community health and adult social care integrated neighbourhood team for Didsbury, Chorlton Park & Burnage.

We are a diverse area of different communities with an active and vibrant voluntary sector with lots of community assets to build on. 60,000 people live here, that’s almost 10% of Manchester’s population.
