Walk for Women – International Women’s Day 2023 Celebrations!
The Walk for Women is back again this International Women’s Day 2023, with a group walk on Saturday 4 March.
We’ll be meeting outside Manchester Cathedral, going on together together towards Central Library in St Peter’s Square.
Where: Manchester Cathedral, Victoria St, Manchester M3 1SX
When: Saturday 4th March, 2023
Time: Meet at 12:00pm for a 12:30pm start
Cost: FREE
This is an opportunity to come together with family, friends, colleagues and strangers to share our passion for equality and creating opportunities for Manchester women. We encourage you to bring along fun, safe and noisy instruments to bang and clang, or make the most of your voice and join us with our chants.
Whether you’re a lone ranger or part of a group, we’d love to see you walking with us.
The Walk for Women event is totally free, and anyone can take part. However, if you’d like to, you can register your group to have an official place on the walk.
Come along and help us make some noise for equity, equality, peace and progress!
