- Adults at increased risk, this includes pregnant women and people with asthma
- Frontline health and social care workers and care home staff
- Adults who live with someone with a weakened immune system
- Adults who are carers.

- Adults who are in a clinical risk group
- Frontline NHS and social care workers, and those working in care homes for older people
