New contact details are now in use for the Community Single Point of Access (SPoA) for Adult Community Health Services across Manchester and Trafford.

The Community SPoA is the main point of contact for referrals, appointment queries and service enquiries, including requests to cancel or rearrange appointments.

From Saturday 1 August 2026, previous SPoA telephone numbers and email addresses will no longer be available. Please use the contact details below when contacting the service:
