A week of feel-good activities in Miles Platting and Newton Heath ward, to promote health and wellbeing and encourage connections with local people.
Come and try a new activity and talk to organisations that can help with the cost of living and developing positive lifestyle changes.
Try Curling and Boccia!
Have a go at Curling – as seen on the Winter Olympics just without the ice!
Have a go at Boccia, a Paralympic sport that can be played by anyone regardless of age, gender, ability or disability. Plus enjoy a lunch. For ages 50+ living with a health condition.

Light Keep Fit Class – Thursday 19 March 2026 (11am)
For older parent carers (60+ years old). A friendly, low-impact movement session focused on boosting wellbeing through gentle exercise. Perfect for staying active, supported, and connected.
