We help Manchester residents of any age — from birth to end of life. We help people who are disabled, elderly or vulnerable.

We visit people in their homes to assess their needs.

We can provide:

• Minor adaptations, such as half steps, lever taps or metal handrails.
• A full service for major adaptations, including obtaining funding for provision.
• A full design service while overseeing the building works. We do this for all owner occupiers and private tenants and can signpost to the teams who do the work for registered provider tenants.

Waiting times for major adaptations have reduced considerably in the last 2 years.  Average installation times for level access showers are now 12 weeks from assessment and stairlifts between 8-10 weeks from assessment.
