Adults Early Support Team

Adults Early Support Team

The Adults Early Support Team can work with any adult in Manchester to provide bespoke support or information, advice or guidance to enable them to live well and remain independent at home.

With no waiting lists for support, examples might be signposting to community services, referrals to the provision of short-term support or access to a wide range of equipment. The team is currently working within the North of the city and will be expanding citywide by Autumn 2023.

The Adults Early Support Team’s offer is short-term. If someone has ongoing or longer-term, complex needs, they would be referred to the appropriate service to engage.

The team has professional knowledge and the capacity to work with people to help them to access appropriate support to respond to their unique needs.

All our staff are recruited for their open, engaging and friendly manner. They focus on people’s strengths and what the person can do, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter to them. The team includes a range of multi-skilled staff who have a wide range of knowledge about the city, and what it has to offer.

Our staff work with people for up to five days, offering care, support and signposting. You can get in contact today for advice, information and an assessment of your needs. We’ll talk to you about your situation and ask questions to understand how you are currently managing and what your likely needs may be.

The service operates Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 4:30pm.
