Feedback on services

We want to ensure that Manchester's community health and social care services are the best that they possibly can be. However, if you have any questions, concerns or feel that you need to make a complaint about any of the services that are deployed to us then it is important that they are raised so you get an answer quickly.

Every piece of feedback helps us to make services even better in the future. Because of the way that we work - with services and staff deployed to us from partner organisations - we have agreed to use the established patient and service user feedback services that are provided by those partners as we launch MLCO and embed our ways of working.

You can find details of how to contact the relevant services in the sections below. If you have more general enquiries about MLCO then you can use our contact form which you can find here.

North, Central and South Manchester, and Children's NHS community services

If you are using our services in North Manchester, Central Manchester or South Manchester, or our Children's community services, visit the Patient Advice and Liaison page (PALS) on the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust website to contact the PALS. Whether you are a patient, a relative, friend or carer, they will listen to your concerns, help make your voice heard and liaise with the relevant staff to sort out any problems quickly.

Social care services across the city

If you want to feed back about adult social care services, visit the Manchester City Council adult social care complaints page on their website to learn more. You can quickly and easily provide feedback by post, phone or email.
