ChatHealth is a new way for young people to get advice and support around health related issues directly from the School Health Service.
It is a safe and secure messaging service which protects confidentiality and anonymity and is monitored by a team of trained school nurses. The service has increased young people’s access to the school health service and is provided Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm including school holidays.

Young people aged between 11 and 19 can text for advice on all kinds of health issues, such as sexual health, emotional health and wellbeing, bullying, healthy eating and any general health concerns. The service also facilitates face-to-face contact with school nurses, which increases young people’s access to the School Health Service and allow for health needs to be addressed quickly and easily.
Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm, including school holidays.
