North Manchester services

Welcome to North Manchester’s Integrated Neighbourhood Teams.

Over the last few years we've been working in an integrated way, under North Manchester Integrated Neighbourhood Care (NMINC). Our practice based multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings, established as part of NMINC, are now operating as MLCO MDTs.

Staff will be located in four neighbourhood bases. All INT staff are allocated to a team and starting to work together collaboratively. Wellbeing advisers are also now working with INTs to share their knowledge of each neighbourhood and enhance the community focus.
